The Director of Care to Learn Midlands Ltd has many years’ experience working within the Health & Social Care Sector and has therefore gained a wide range of knowledge and experience over the years. Primarily with the elderly and disabled in their own homes and then predominantly supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, varying from mild to profound learning and physical disabilities. This experience has given us an intimate understanding of carers and managers’ needs as well as a real passion for improving the standards of care that residents receive. With person-centredness being our ethos, which we emphasise to our learners.
We are an independent training provider and provide quality and needs-led training for Health & Social Care staff. Our health care training company is based in Shropshire. Each course can accommodate up to 12 attendees. Our care training programs can be tailored specifically for your organisations needs. Delivering a combination of up to three subjects per day, if required. We will endeavour to configure and deliver a bespoke training course for your circumstances or needs. Delegates receive handouts if they wish and a certificate of attendance, with the option of a questionnaire or test at the end of the course.
