Basic Life Support (BLS) Half Day

This half-day Basic Life Support course provides essential training on recognizing and responding to life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, and choking. Participants will learn how to perform effective CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) confidently and correctly.
