Understand. Respond. Support.
Our Behaviours of Concern One Day Course equips staff with the skills and strategies to respond confidently and appropriately to challenging behaviours in health and social care settings.
This practical and engaging training helps staff understand the reasons behind difficult behaviours and how to manage them safely, respectfully, and in a way that reduces escalation.
What Are Behaviours of Concern?
